The lead time varies mainly according to:

- the complexity of the piece to be made
- the final destination of the mattress
Thanks to a direct, local and short supply chain, the acquisition of materials has less impact on our lead times.
The lead times shown on our quotes are estimates, and we do everything we can to meet them. Because of the way we work, however, our schedule can be affected by a sudden rise in orders or an unfortunate sequence of vacation periods and public holidays. We will always be transparent, even when we need to tell you about a possible delay. If we happen to overlook an update, please ask us: we will give you a straightforward answer.
Contrary to brands’ race toward ever greater immediacy, there is no quality logic in going ever faster in bedding.
A sprung box spring requires a series of steps that cannot be shortened if it is to be made well; quality production cannot be completed in 24 hours.

Refurbishment
A sprung box spring is the only type of bed base that can be refurbished.
We also refurbish box springs.
We recommend refurbishing a box spring every 20 to 25 years, depending on its condition.
A box spring repair can be completed within a single day if there are no complications. Please contact us in advance so that we can schedule the work and keep the time you are without your bedding to a minimum.
